By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Use.

The App and all related content (including but not limited to software, text, images, audio, and video) are the intellectual property of us or our licensors.
You agree that the App processes your photos and contacts locally on your device. All photo analysis, duplicate detection, compression, and contact management are performed without uploading your data to any server.
You grant the App access to your photo library solely for the purpose of analyzing, organizing, and optimizing your photos. The App will only access photos when you actively use photo-related features.
You grant the App access to your contacts solely for the purpose of managing and cleaning duplicate contacts. The App will only access contacts when you actively use contact management features.
When you choose to compress photos or remove location information, the modified files will be saved to your device's photo library. You acknowledge and agree that the App may modify your photos according to your instructions.
We do not share your photos, contacts, or any personal data with any third parties. All processing is performed locally on your device to ensure maximum privacy and security.
The App is intended for general audiences. Children under the age of 13 should only use the App under parental supervision.
The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App. While we strive to provide accurate photo analysis and contact management, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
We may update or adjust the App's features as needed to improve user experience or adapt to technological developments. We will notify users in advance where reasonably possible. If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to terminate your license to use the App.

The App may offer in-app purchases for premium features. All purchases are subject to Apple's App Store terms and conditions. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of your country, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in a competent court in the developer's jurisdiction.
