You agree that the App processes your photos and videos locally on your device. All photo browsing, album management, similar photo detection, and EXIF analysis are performed without uploading your data to any server.
You grant the App access to your photo library solely for the purpose of browsing, organizing, and managing your photos and videos. The App will only access photos when you actively use photo-related features.
You grant the App access to your location solely for the purpose of displaying where your photos were taken on the map. The App will only access location data when you actively use the map feature.
We do not share your photos or any personal data with any third parties. All processing is performed locally on your device to ensure maximum privacy and security.
The App is intended for general audiences. Children under the age of 13 should only use the App under parental supervision.
The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App. While we strive to provide accurate photo management and analysis features, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
We may update or adjust the App's features as needed to improve user experience or adapt to technological developments. We will notify users in advance where reasonably possible. If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to terminate your license to use the App.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in a competent court in the developer's jurisdiction.
