The App and all related content (including but not limited to software, interface design, text, images) are the intellectual property of us or our licensors.
You acknowledge and agree that the App uses your device's camera to generate real-time visual effects. All image processing is performed locally on your device.
We do not collect, store, or upload your camera feed or photos to any server unless you explicitly choose to share them using system sharing features (if available).
The App allows you to save photos to your local device album. You retain full ownership of the photos you create.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 4. While the content is safe for all ages, we recommend parental guidance for young users.
The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
We may update or adjust the App’s features as needed to improve user experience or adapt to technological developments. We will notify users in advance where reasonably possible. If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to terminate your license to use the App.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
