Welcome to Groovy (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the App.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Use.

The App and all related content (including but not limited to software, text, images, audio, and video) are the intellectual property of us or our licensors. The App does not provide any audio content — all music files must be imported by the user from their own legally obtained sources.
You agree that the App processes your audio files and music library data locally on your device. All audio playback, metadata extraction, equalizer processing, and library management are performed without uploading your data to any server.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to import, play, and manage any audio files within the App. The App stores imported audio files within its sandbox on your device.
The Wi-Fi transfer feature runs a local HTTP server on your device to receive audio files from other devices on the same network. You acknowledge that any device on the same Wi-Fi network may access the transfer page while this feature is active.
The App may connect to third-party services (MusicBrainz, Cover Art Archive, LRCLIB) to match cover art and lyrics. Only song metadata (title and artist name) is transmitted. These services have their own privacy policies and terms of use.
We do not share your audio files, music library data, or any personal information with any third parties. All processing is performed locally on your device to ensure maximum privacy and security.
The App is intended for general audiences. Children under the age of 13 should only use the App under parental supervision.
The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App. While we strive to provide accurate audio playback and metadata matching, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of cover art or lyrics matching results.
We may update or adjust the App's features as needed to improve user experience or adapt to technological developments. We will notify users in advance where reasonably possible. If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to terminate your license to use the App.

The App may offer in-app purchases for premium features (Groovy Pro). All purchases are subject to Apple's App Store terms and conditions. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of your country, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in a competent court in the developer's jurisdiction.
