This Privacy Policy explains how Just Record, also known as VoiceRecord or 随声录 (the “App”), handles audio recordings, transcription text, permissions, advertising, analytics, and related information.
Summary: The App is designed to provide voice recording, speech-to-text transcription, audio file import transcription, and local record management. Recordings and transcript text are primarily stored locally on your device. The App does not intentionally upload your recordings or transcript text to the developer’s own server.
The App lets you record audio and manage saved recordings. To provide recording features, the App requests access to your device’s microphone. Audio recordings you create are primarily stored locally on your device.
The App lets you transcribe recorded audio and imported audio files into text. Transcription text generated or saved in the App is primarily stored locally on your device.
If you choose to import an audio file for transcription, the selected file may be processed by the App for transcription and local record management. The App does not browse or collect unrelated files from your device.
The App requests microphone permission so that you can record audio. You may allow or deny this permission, and you can change it later in iOS Settings.
The App requests speech recognition permission so that audio can be transcribed into text. Speech recognition may be processed by Apple’s system speech recognition services depending on your device, iOS version, language, and user settings.
If tracking is enabled for advertising or related purposes, the App may request tracking permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. You can allow or deny tracking, and you can change your choice in iOS Settings.
Recordings, transcript text, and related app records are primarily stored locally on your device. The App uses local storage technologies, which may include Realm, to organize and manage app data.
The App does not intentionally upload your recordings or transcript text to the developer’s own server. If you export, copy, share, or send recordings or transcript text to another app, service, or person, the selected destination controls how that shared content is handled after it leaves the App.
Speech recognition availability and processing may depend on your device, iOS version, language, supported speech recognition settings, and Apple system services. Depending on those conditions, audio or speech data may be processed by Apple’s system speech recognition services. Apple’s handling of such information is governed by Apple’s privacy terms and system settings.
The App uses Google Mobile Ads to display advertisements. Google and its partners may collect or receive information such as advertising identifiers, device information, ad interaction data, approximate usage data, and related information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, frequency capping, and other advertising-related purposes.
Google Mobile Ads and related advertising partners handle information under their own privacy policies and terms. Your choices may also depend on your iOS privacy settings, tracking permission, and Google’s available advertising controls.
The App uses Firebase Analytics to understand basic app usage, measure feature performance, diagnose issues, and improve the product. Firebase Analytics may collect app interaction events, device and app information, approximate usage data, and related diagnostic or analytics information.
Firebase Analytics is provided by Google. Google’s handling of analytics information is governed by Google’s privacy policies and applicable Firebase terms.
The App may use third-party SDKs and services, including Google Mobile Ads, Firebase Analytics, Realm, and AlertToast. Third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies, terms, and technical practices. The developer does not control how third-party providers process information once it is handled by their services.

If you choose to export, copy, share, or send recordings, transcript text, or other content, that content may be passed to the destination you select, such as another app, cloud service, email service, messaging service, or recipient. After sharing, the selected destination’s privacy policy and retention practices apply.
The App is intended for general users. The developer does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the App.
The App limits recordings and transcript text primarily to local storage on your device and does not intentionally upload them to the developer’s own server. However, no device, operating system, network, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please use appropriate device security measures such as passcodes, biometric protection, and system updates.
