1. Information We Collect

1.1 Bedtime Settings

To provide sleep reminder functionality, the App stores your bedtime preferences locally on your Apple Watch, including:

• Configured bedtime (hour and minute)
• Nagging interval (time between reminders)
• Whether reminders are currently enabled

1.2 Sleep History

When you confirm that you are going to sleep, the App records the following data locally on your device:

• The time the first reminder was sent
• The time you confirmed sleep
• The number of minutes you stayed up before confirming ("struggle minutes")

Sleep history is retained for up to 90 records (approximately 3 months). All data is stored exclusively in your device's local storage and is never transmitted externally.

1.3 Notification Permissions

The App requests permission to send local notifications (alerts and sounds) to remind you of your bedtime. No push notifications or remote servers are used.

1.4 Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect, access, or transmit:

• Personal identity information
• Health or sensor data (no HealthKit access)
• Location data
• Photos, contacts, or media files
• Analytics or usage tracking data
• Crash reports to third-party services

2. How We Use Information

All data is used solely for the following purposes on your device:

• Scheduling bedtime reminders at your configured time
• Displaying your sleep history and struggle statistics
• Automatically re-scheduling reminders for the next night

3. Information Sharing

We do not share any of your data with third parties. The App operates entirely offline with no network connectivity. No data is uploaded to any server, cloud service, or third-party platform.

4. Data Storage and Security

• All data is stored locally on your Apple Watch using standard system storage
• No data is transmitted over the internet
• No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs are included
• Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all stored data

5. Your Rights

You may at any time:

• Turn off reminders within the App
• Revoke notification permissions through system settings
• Delete the App to permanently erase all stored data
• Contact us with privacy-related questions

6. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. No registration or personal information is required to use the App.
