Welcome to StandBy Clock (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the App.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Use.

The App and all related content (including but not limited to software, text, images, audio, and video) are the intellectual property of us or our licensors.
You agree that the App processes your widget configurations and selected photos locally on your device. All widget rendering, theme customization, and data storage are performed without uploading your data to any server.
You grant the App access to your photo library solely for the purpose of selecting photos and GIF images for widget display. The App will only access photos when you actively use photo or GIF widget features.
Widget configurations and selected images are stored locally on your device using iOS shared storage to enable widget display in StandBy mode. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted externally.
When you select photos for widget display, the images are resized and saved as compressed files on your device. The original photos in your library are not modified.
We do not share your widget configurations, photos, or any personal data with any third parties. All processing is performed locally on your device to ensure maximum privacy and security.
The App is intended for general audiences. Children under the age of 13 should only use the App under parental supervision.
The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App. Widget display accuracy (including clock times, countdown calculations, and battery levels) depends on iOS system behavior and is not guaranteed under all conditions.
We may update or adjust the App's features as needed to improve user experience or adapt to technological developments. We will notify users in advance where reasonably possible. If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to terminate your license to use the App.

The App may offer in-app purchases for premium features. All purchases are subject to Apple's App Store terms and conditions. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of your country, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in a competent court in the developer's jurisdiction.
