1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Use.

3. Use Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, translate, adapt, reverse engineer, or decompile the App in any way
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App in any way

The App and all related content (including but not limited to software, puzzle generation algorithms, and visual assets) are the intellectual property of us or our licensors.

5. App Description and Functionality

5.1 Puzzle Game

WristNono is a nonogram puzzle game designed exclusively for Apple Watch. The App randomly generates unique nonogram puzzles across two grid sizes (5×5 and 6×6) and three difficulty levels (Easy, Medium, and Hard), providing an unlimited supply of puzzles.

5.2 Game Features

The App includes the following gameplay features:

• Randomly generated nonogram puzzles — a new puzzle every session
• Two grid sizes: 5×5 and 6×6
• Three difficulty levels: Easy, Medium, and Hard
• Digital Crown to switch between Fill and Mark modes
• Mark mode to place × on cells as logical exclusions
• Game timer displayed during play
• Auto-save — resume exactly where you left off
• Built-in How to Play guide

5.3 Fully Offline

All puzzles are generated on-device using a constraint-propagation algorithm. The App does not require an internet connection to function and does not use any network services.

6. Data and Privacy

All data is stored locally on your device. The App does not transmit any data to external servers. No personal data is collected, shared, or sold. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Age Restriction

The App is intended for general audiences. Children under the age of 13 should only use the App under parental supervision.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

9. Service Changes and Termination

We may update or adjust the App's features as needed to improve user experience or adapt to technological developments. We reserve the right to discontinue the App with reasonable notice.

10. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining sufficient battery on their device to play games
• Understanding that game progress is stored locally and will be lost if the App is uninstalled

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of your country, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in a competent court in the developer's jurisdiction.
